What size should I get?
Small fits pets up to 3 kg (Chihuahua, Yorkie, Maltese, Toy Poodle). Medium fits 3–6 kg (Shih Tzu, Pug, Cavalier, Bichon). Large fits 6–10 kg (French Bulldog, Mini Schnauzer, Boston Terrier). Between sizes? Choose the larger one.
Is my pet safe and secure inside?
Yes. A zip closure at the top prevents escapes, the structured frame keeps the bag stable, and your pet can still peek out through the bear opening.
Can my pet breathe properly?
Absolutely. Breathable mesh panels provide constant airflow so your pet stays cool and comfortable at all times.
Is the shoulder strap adjustable?
Yes. The crossbody strap adjusts to any height and can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.
How do I clean the bag?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. The interior lining can be spot cleaned. Avoid full submersion in water.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–10 business days. Shipping is free and you get a tracking number by email.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Just email us your order number.
