Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on the destination country and city. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Customs and duties

Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.
